Liberdade opened in 2019 as a celebration of freedom and the Brazilian/Japanese district Liberdade in São Paolo, Brazil. 

Creative leader Erik Löth, now continues the journey with a Bistro menu that is a world homage to the genre that spans a variety of regions offering a remaster of traditional dishes we love and some signature dishes ! Welcome.
